Below is a simple breakdown of our pricing. Flat rate pricing is available for most projects, and customers interested in a maintenance contract will be quoted based on their requirements. (Please note a minimum half hour charge is applied to all hourly work even if the full repair takes less than 30 minutes to complete)
Residential and Non-Contract Customers
$122 per Hour
Our standard rate for most design and repair work.
(Customers please note: For on-site work or repairs, the hourly rate starts when we leave our office and stops when we return to the office (E.g. Drive time to and from your home/business is billable unless previously stated and agreed upon)
Loyalty / Legacy Customers & NonProfit / Educational Institutions
$113 per Hour
Hourly service for Loyal/Repeat Customers, not-for-profit organizations and Educational Institutions.
Contracts / Managed Services
Negotiable per Month
For business or government customers who need mission critical on-going support. Contracts are month-to-month which allows freedom and assessment for the client.
Longer terms are available at discounted rates!
After Hours/Emergency Rate
$212 per Hour
